What is the turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is 24 hours for all of our services excluding video tours. The turnaround time for video tours is 48 hours.

What happens if it rains?

We can still capture HDR Photos in light rain. However, our other services such as drone photos and video walkthrough tours will not be available if it rains.

How long does it take to conduct a shoot?

Varies depending on the service and size of the home. Please contact us to receive an accurate estimate.

Does the agent need to be there?

No, the agent does not need to be present at the shoot. We just need a way to access the property — this can be through the seller, a lockbox, or Supra. If using Supra, please make sure to provide us with the CBS code so we can access the property smoothly.

What areas do you service?

We currently service Gwinnett, Cobb, Fulton, Cherokee, Dekalb County. We do service other areas as well, but there may be an extra mileage fee attached to any home located outside of our listed service areas.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel more than 24 hours before your shoot, you can do so easily through our booking portal or by reaching out to us at support@rexvisualservices.com or (404) 445-2240. If the change is made within 24 hours of your scheduled shoot, we reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 25% of the order value.
