At Rex Visual Services, we’ve created clear service guidelines to ensure that expectations are met and that all clients receive a premium experience. By booking services through Rex Visual Services, clients agree to the terms outlined below, which apply to all real estate photography and videography services.

Scheduling Appointments must be scheduled through our online booking portal. Our team makes every effort to accommodate favorable times of day and weather, but it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is shoot-ready at the scheduled time. Rex Visual Services reserves the right to adjust appointments to maintain an efficient schedule and will provide updates via phone, text, or email when necessary.

Weather Conditions Clients may reschedule due to weather at no charge. While we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling promptly, next-day or same-shooter availability is not guaranteed. Early communication is appreciated to assist with effective scheduling.

Travel and Parking Fees No additional travel fees apply for listings within 40 miles of Downtown Atlanta. For locations 41–50 miles away, a $50 travel fee will apply. For listings 51–55 miles away, a $75 travel fee will apply. We do not service properties more than 55 miles from Downtown Atlanta. If parking fees are required, clients are responsible for reimbursement.

Payment Terms Payment is due upon delivery in order to unlock your assets. Some brokerage clients may be eligible for scheduled invoices. Overdue invoices may incur a $25/week late fee. Invoices over 30 days past due may incur a $100 or 10% monthly fee, at our discretion. Photos are delivered by 10am the next business day. Highlight video tours are delivered within 48 hours. Custom video timelines will be confirmed in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Rex Visual Services understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we strive to be as flexible as possible with rescheduling appointments. However, cancellations and postponements with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of $125. Appointments that are missed without prior notification, or “no-shows,” will also be subject to this fee. “No-show” is defined as 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time without communication.

Photography and Filming We maintain creative discretion for composition, angles, and number of images per space unless specific shot requests are submitted in advance. Additional requests requiring a second visit may incur an additional fee.

Liability and Insurance Rex Visual Services holds a $1 million general liability policy. Drone operators are FAA-certified and will use discretion regarding flight safety and legal restrictions. We reserve the right to decline work if safety or legal concerns arise.

Property Preparation Clients receive a Pre-Shoot Checklist at the time of booking. Properties must be prepped before our arrival. Agents or homeowners should arrive 20–30 minutes prior to the shoot to turn on lights, remove clutter, and ensure access.

We do not move furniture, clean, or stage homes. Our team may make light adjustments (like turning on lights or opening blinds), but we do not assume responsibility for securing the property after the shoot. If an excess number of items need to be moved in order to complete the shoot (e.g. clutter, personal items, or staging obstacles), Rex Visual Services reserves the right to charge an additional fee equal to 25% of the order total. Unprepared properties often cause delays and impact our ability to service other clients in a timely manner.

Reshoot Fees If a reshoot is needed due to the property not being ready, decor changes, or additional media requests, a $99 reshoot fee may apply.

Asset Delivery & Turnaround Times

• Listing photos and all standard listing content (e.g., drone photos, virtual staging, schematic floor plans) are delivered by 10:00 AM the following morning.

• Highlight listing videos have a 2-business-day turnaround.

• Listing videos with agent intros may require up to 72 hours, depending on the scope of the video.

• Sundays are excluded from video turnaround time, as our video editing team is not operational that day.

• Closing day videos are delivered within 2 business days.

• Custom content (branding videos, events, promotional content) does not follow a set timeline. Turnaround will be quoted on a project-by-project basis.

All assets are delivered via an online portal or Dropbox. Clients are responsible for downloading and storing all media. We purge files regularly.

Storage and Deletion Raw and unedited media is deleted after 6 months. Clients should download and back up all files, as we cannot guarantee file storage beyond this timeframe.

Floor Plans 2D floor plans and square footage estimates are for illustrative purposes only and are accurate within 93–97%. They should not be used for appraisal or legal documentation.

Refund Policy All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable. If a paid shoot is canceled in advance, clients may be eligible for account credit. If you are unsatisfied with your final product, please contact us directly.

Photography Revisions Standard photo editing is included. Advanced retouching (object removal, sky replacements, etc.) will incur a fee of $15 per image.

Video Revisions Revisions are only accepted in cases of errors on our part (e.g., wrong address, typos). Music choices are final. If no song was provided, our selected music is considered final. Additional edits after final delivery are billed at $75/hour.

Asset Rights and License All photo and video content remains the property of Rex Visual Services. Clients receive a single-use license for promotion of the subject listing. Media may not be sold, altered, or reused without written permission. Resale or transfer of media to third parties is prohibited.

Monthly Specials and Bundles Specials are only valid within the month they’re promoted. No substitutions or customizations are allowed. Full payment is due upon delivery. If drone footage is restricted due to FAA regulations, we will substitute with 42 ground photos and one virtual twilight. No further substitutions or discounts will apply.
